3. Editing Process
Editorway aims to deliver high-quality edited videos in a timely manner. The editing process may involve multiple rounds of revisions to ensure that the final product meets the Client's expectations. Clients are encouraged to provide clear and constructive feedback during the editing process.
4. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay Editorway the agreed-upon fees for editing services rendered. Payment terms, including rates, invoicing procedures, and accepted payment methods, will be specified in a separate agreement or proposal between the Client and Editorway.
5. Intellectual Property
Clients retain all rights to the original content provided to Editorway for editing. Editorway does not claim ownership of any Client-owned content. However, Editorway may showcase edited videos in its portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise specified by the Client.
6. Confidentiality
Editorway respects the confidentiality of Client materials and will not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information to third parties without the Client's consent. Editorway employs industry-standard security measures to protect Client data.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the editing services agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Editorway will cease all editing services and return any materials provided by the Client.
8. Limitation of Liability
Editorway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the editing services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Modifications
Editorway reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Editorway website. Clients are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically for any changes.
